Administration presidential candidate Mar Roxas will not prevent any of his allies from leaving the alliance with Liberal Party (LP) to support other bets.
In fact, Roxas said it would be better if some of those thinking to abandon LP or the alliance with the party to leave this early since loyalty and honesty are the most important aspect in this time of campaign.
“If there are some who want to leave, then thank you very much. It would be better for them to be honest and leave than to stay and stab us on the back,” said Roxas.
The LP standard-bearer is reacting to reports that many LP members and allies are set to leave and support Sen. Grace Poe following the decision of the Supreme Court to allow her to run for president.
But as of now, Roxas said such claims remain an allegation or propaganda since no names for instance who want to bolt LP have surfaced.
“That’s speculation. Let’s just wait if somebody will do it. As of now, our focus is on presenting our platform to the people,” said Roxas.
Roxas was believed to have been a victim of political backstabbing during the 2010 elections as some of those who supported President Aquino opted to support Vice President Jejomar Binay.
Yesterday, Roxas campaigned in Batangas which is the home province of Senator Ralph Recto.
Recto, an LP member, is also included in the senatorial line-up of Senator Grace Poe.
Definitely believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification appeared to be on the internet the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people think about worries that they plainly don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
