Child Given Away Arrests

This photo provided by the Lower Southampton Police Department shows Lee Kaplan. Officials acting on a tip Thursday, June 16, 2016, found the 51-year-old Kaplan at his Feasterville, Pa., home, along with 12 girls ranging in age from six months to 18 years. Kaplan’s charged with aggravated indecent assault. The girl’s father, Daniel Stoltzfus, is charged with conspiracy of statutory sexual assault and children endangerment.
