Tuna Kinilaw

YUM yum yum, mga Kapuso! Kung ang hanap ng inyong panlasa ay isang kakaibang Pinoy seafood recipe, ituturo ko ngayon kung paano lutuin ang masarap na Tuna Kinilaw. Siguradong makukumpleto na ang tanghalian o hapunan ng inyong pamilya at wala na kayong hahanapin pa.

Ingredients:
500 g yellow fin tuna, washed and chopped into cubes
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 thumb-sized ginger, minced
1 pc red onion, sliced
1 pc green bell pepper, sliced
¼ cup spiced vinegar
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
8 pcs calamansi, juiced

Procedure:
1. In a mixing bowl, put tuna and season with salt and black pepper.
2. Add vinegar and calamansi juice, mix and let it stand for 20 minutes.
3. Add onion, green bell pepper and mix well. Refrigerate before serving.
