Inmates from CPDRC sleep on their recreational grounds as Joint operations of Police Regional Office-7 and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency hatched a “Greyhound Operation” inside the Cebu City Jail and Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center CPDRC in Barangay Kalunasan, Cebu City Saturday dawn as they raided jail cells and asked the detainees to remove their clothes. Bundles of bills and packs of coins believed to be more than P1 million, several kilos of shabu, nubain, mobile phones, bladed weapons, flat screen televisions, pairs of branded rubber shoes, personal appliances, and several drug paraphernalia were recovered mostlty from Cebu City Jail.
