Real-life couple actors Carmina Villaroel and Zoren Legaspi have revealed some of their qualities they want to change.
“Sometimes, I need to shut my mouth,” said Villaroel, during an interview on “Tonight With Boy Abunda” on ABS-CBN recently.
Legaspi, 44, said: “Kung meron akong babaguhin, they feel na lagi akong pasigaw magsalita sa bahay. I’m just full of energy.”
“Mahilig syang manggulat,” Villaroel said.
Villaroel and Legaspi appeared on the late-night talk show to promote the new teleserye “Till I Met You” starring James Reid and Nadine Lustre” which started on ABS-CBN last August 29.
Asked about the most difficult challenges in their lives, Villaroel said: “Para sa akin, yung experience namin sa America. I was pregnant, then I had to leave. Then I went to the States, ilang months kaming hindi nagkita. Almost one year kong hindi nakasama ang pamilya ko. For me, I think, that was the hardest.”
“Kung may darating pa, feeling ko, kaya namin. Kung malaki man o maliit ang problema, kayang kaya namin yan,” she added.
Villaroel, 41, said that the biggest misconception about her husband is that he is suplado (snob).
If she was not in the movies, Legaspi joked that his wife would be a call center agent.
“Sa call center sya. Sa sobrang daldal nya, dapat nasa call center sya. Ang problema kapag tumawag yung sa other line, hindi na nya ibababa. Tatanungin na nya buong buhay. So san ka na nakatira?” Legaspi said.
Villaroel said that she and her husband have not engaged in a big fight as couple. “Hindi talaga kami nag-aaway. More on bickering kami.”
“Parang away lang ng PBB ( Pinoy Big Brother),” Legaspi added.
When asked about the most beautiful place, Legaspi laughed and answered: “Bedroom.”
“Actually sa Greece sa Santonini. We fell in love there. Nagshoot kami sa Athens, then nagshoot sila sa Santonini.
Yung punta namin ng Santonini bakasyon na namin yun,” Villaroel said.
Villaroel and Legaspi tied the knot in 2012, although the couple already had their twins Maverick and Cassandra in 2001.
Previously in 1994, Villaroel was married to Rustom Padilla, now known as BB Gandanghari. Their marriage was annulled in 2002.
