Yum yum yum, mga Kapuso! Isang kakaibang dessert ba ang hanap ninyo para sa inyong pamilya? Worry no more dahil ang ihahanda natin ngayon ay tiyak na magpapasaya sa kanilang lahat – ang Cathedral Window Jelly. Hindi niyo na kailangan pang lumabas sa inyong mga bahay dahil ang homemade dessert na ito ay siguradong magpapatamis sa pagsasama ng inyong pamilya.

Ingredients and procedure:

100 g grape flavored gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
1 cup water

1. Dissolved gelatin powder in boiling water. Add water and stir.
2. Pour into container. Chill to set.
3. Cut into cubes.

100 g strawberry flavored gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
1 cup water

1. Dissolved gelatin powder in boiling water. Add water and stir.
2. Pour into container. Chill to set.
3. Cut into cubes.

100 g pandan flavored gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
1 cup water

1. Dissolved gelatin powder in boiling water. Add water and stir.
2. Pour into container. Chill to set.
3. Cut into cubes.

Base gelatin:

4 packets unflavored gelatine (you may use gulaman bar)
2 cups hot water
1 can condensed milk
2 cups all purpose cream

1. Mix the gelatin packets to the hot water, until the gelatin is dissolved
2. Add the condensed milk and all purpose cream. Mix well.

To assemble the cathedral window:

1. Arrange the colored gelatin to the mould.
2. Fill the mould with the white gelatin mixture.
3. Allow the gelatin to set in the fridge until firm. Then serve.
