Corn muffins and coleslaw salad

Yum yum yum, mga Kapuso! Nagsasawa na ba kayo sa mga meryendang inihahanda ninyo sa inyong mga anak pag-uwi nila galing sa paaralan? Subukang lutuin ngayon ang modernong timpla ng Corn Muffins na sinamahan pa ng Coleslaw Salad na siguradong makakapagpawala ng pagod ng inyong mga anak at talaga namang makakapagpagana sa kanilang gawin ang mga homeworks nila.

Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup oatmeal
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¼ cup butter, melted
1 cup fresh milk
1 pc egg

Procedure:
1. In a blender or food processor, put oatmeal until becomes powder.
2. In a bowl, mix together oatmeal, cornmeal, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add milk, butter and egg, stir until blended.
3. Pour batter in a muffin pan and set oven toaster to 400F. Bake muffins for 20 minutes.
Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients:
½ head cabbage, finely shredded
1 pc carrots, finely shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsps all-purpose cream
1 head red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsps white sugar
2 tbsp white vinegar
Salt to taste
white pepper to taste
white sugar to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice

Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots; pour in mayonnaise, al-purpose cream, onion, sugar, vinegar. Season with salt, white pepper, and sugar to taste.

2. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss well.
