Beauties pack a wallop

The ongoing 2016 FIVB Women’s Club World Championship at the Mall of Asia Arena not only parades with world-class talent, but also stunning beauty.

Volleyball fans are feasting their eyes on these talented head-turners, whose sharp spikes and strong digs equal their striking appearances.

One of these heartthrobs is Volero Zurich’s Mariana Costa, who easily charmed the Filipino crowd as soon as she stepped into the Manila airport.

The 30-year-old brown-haired Brazilian, a member of the national team, once posed for an adult magazine and is also an international model.

Also a darling of the crowd is 22-year-old Gabriela Guimaraes of Brazil, who currently plays for the Rexona Ades Rio.

The 5-foot-9 boasts of three gold medals in the FIVB World Grand Prix and a Most Valuable Player plum at the 2015 South American Championship.

Pomi Casalmaggiore has 18-year-old Croatian setter Klara Peric, whose six-foot height, straight jet-black hair and pointed nose alone could easily get the attention of the crowd.

Not to be outdone are PSL-F2 Logistics Manila’s Mika Reyes and Rachel Daquis, undoubtedly two of the most popular spikers in the country.

So popular are Reyes and Daquis that they have 333,000 and 207,000 followers on their Twitter accounts alone.

Daquis, 28 and a former Far Eastern University player, has graced the cover of a local sexy magazine twice.
