Thousands stranded in Bicol

LEGAZPI CITY, Albay – At least 3,692 passengers and 422 vehicles are now stranded in at least 6 major ports in Bicol as of 9:00 a.m. of Saturday.

Report from the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) Bicol, there are at least 2,885 passengers and 366 vehicles stranded in Matnog port in Sorsogon province; 255 passengers and 21 vehicles stranded in Pio Duran port in Albay; 424 passengers and 17 vehicles stranded in Tabaco port, also in Albay; 51 passengers and 15 vehicles stranded in Masbate port in Masbate City; 47 passengers stranded in Bulan port in Sorsogon province; 30 in Legazpi port in Legazpi City and 3 passengers recorded stranded in San Andres port in the province of Catanduanes.
