Trampoline Basketball

Kim

TRAMPOLINE Basketball can now be enjoyed at the House of Trampolines, owned by Mark Hogsden.

In an episode on our TV show, “Matanglawin” on ABS-CBN, Hogsden explained that trampolining is a healthy activity as it is good for the body. It is also enjoyable.

According to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, trampolining is a better exercise than jogging.
The Eskimos in Alaska and Greenland invented trampolines, which were then made from walrus skin before they used rubber. Trampoline comes from the Spanish word “trampulin” meaning diving board.
