¼ Kg Pechay
3 Cup Rice Wash
Patis/Salt
Pepper
Procedure:
1. On a pot, combine ripe tomato, red onion, ginger, kinapal and rice wash then let this simmer.
2. Add in tambacol then simmer for 8 minutes then top pechay. Let pechay cook then serve.
