Longganisa tacos and sweet and spicy chicken wings

Ngayong araw, ituturo ko sa inyo kung paano lutuin ang masarap na Longganisa Tacos and Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings na siguradong mamahalin nila. Ingredients:
5 Pcs Taco Shells
10 Pc Vigan Longanisa (Cooked)
1/2 Head Lettuce (Shredded)
1 Bunch Cilantro (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Bunch Spring Onion (Chopped)

Spicy Chicken Wings:
12 Pcs Chicken Wings
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Oil For Deep frying
Chili Garlic Sauce:
2 Pcs Sili Labuyo (Chopped)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Thumb Ginger (Minced)
1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/4 Cup Chili Garlic Sauce
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Stalk Leeks (Sliced)

Procedure:
1. Assemble Longanisa Tacos by heating taco shells then spoon 2 pcs vigan loganisa, then top mixed lettuce and cilantro then top cheddar cheese. Serve with sour cream mixed with spring onions.
2.To make spicy chicken wings, drench wings with flour seasoned with paprika, salt and pepper then deep fry until golden brown. Set aside on cooling rack or plate lined with paper towel.
3. On a sauce pan, saute onion, garlic, ginger and sili labuyo until fragrant then add in chicken stock. Bring to a simmer, then pour in chili garlic sauce and brown sugar.
4. Make slurry by combining flour and water then pour this into the sauce. Then simmer until thicken. Toss in chicken wings. Top spring onions before serving.
