MGA Kapuso, isang classy seafood recipe ba ang hanap ninyo? Ngayon, hindi niyo na kailangan pang pumunta sa isang mamahaling restaurant para sa isang family lunch o dinner date. Dahil maaari niyo na ring gawing memorable ang inyong tanghalian o hapunan sa inyong bahay sa pamamagitan ng paghahanda ng Grilled Scallops and Arugula Salad na swak na sa budget, swak pa sa panlasa ng inyong mga mahal sa buhay. Yum yum yum!

Ingredients:
8 pcs large scallops
Salt
Pepper
1 bunch arugula
1 head romain lettuce
1 head lolo rosso
1 cup baby tomato
½ cup black olives
1 cup seedless grapes
1 pc yellow bell pepper
Parmesan cheese shavings

Vinaigrette
1 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 pcs shallots (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ cup orange juice
½ tbsp dijon mustard
1 bunch alfafla

Procedure:
1. Season scallops with salt and pepper then grill for 4 minutes on each side. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. To make vinaigrette combine all ingredients except olive oil. Slowly whisk while pouring olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Assemble by toss arugula, lettuce, tomato, olives and bell pepper with vinaigrette then top grilled scallops and alfalfa. Top shaved parmesan cheese.
