12 caught in shabu sessions

Twelve drug suspects, including three teenagers, were nabbed Saturday morning after they were caught allegedly having pot sessions in separate anti-illegal drug operations in Caloocan City.

First to fall were Dennis Mauricio, 32; Robert Villanueva, 36; Kristalyn Barlam, 20; Ryan Batchao, 19; and a 17-year-old boy.

Initial investigation showed that members of Police Community Precinct (PCP) 6 received a call from a concerned citizen regarding an ongoing pot session on Santiago Street in Barangay 156 at about 2:15 a.m.

Responding cops went to the area where they saw the five suspects allegedly sniffing shabu.

Three hours after, a concerned citizen’s report also led to the arrest of seven others.

Police identified them as Ricky Guadamore, 43; Marissa Escobar, 34; Junaid Macantood, 25; Nestor Flor Jr., 29; Hamdan Adato, 24; Jackielyn Montallana, 18; and Benjamin Guadamore. (Kate Javier)
