These contain fats that give rise to cholesterol levels that are bad for the heart.

How about eating fish? While fish is genÂerally fat-free, it is high in mercury conÂtent.
Certain fish species are particularly high on mercury level, posing even greater threat to our health.
Eating fish, according to Dr. Willie T. Ong, can be a double-edged sword. It’s good for one’s health, but can also be harmful.
Studies have shown that eating fish is beneficial to those suffering from asthma, Alzheimer’s disease, depression, diabetes, and arthritis.
On the downside, fish may contain high levels of mercury due to our polluted waÂters. Consuming large amounts of fish with high mercury content is harmful to the brain, nerves, kidneys, eyes, skin and other organs.

Kuya Kim, paano naging simbolo ng ordiÂnaryong Pilipino ang pangalang Juan de la Cruz? – Candido Salcedo
