CIGNAL TV formally launched Thursday the latest addition to its line-up of news channels, ONE PH.
It is the third Cignal channel under the “One” brand, which also includes One News and One Sports.
Says Sienna G. Olaso, Cignal TV Vice President of Channel Management, “True to our goal to be ‘Ang Boses ng Pinagkakaisang Pilipinas’ One PH will be home to news programs that inform and educate, talk shows that inspire and entertain, and public service programs that will provide our fellow Filipinos a venue where they can seek help for their problems.”
ONE PH’s programming block includes “One Balita” a daily news program hosted by Jamie Herrell and Raffy Tulfo, who is also on “Wanted Sa Radyo,” and “Sumbungan ng Bayan.”
There’s also “Sa Totoo Lang” with Cheryl Cosim and Jove Francisco.
Making weekday evenings more interesting via “Wag Po” are Ed Lingao, Patrick Paez, Lourd de Veyra, Melvyn Calderon, Manny Mogato, and Jove Francisco.
Tempo columnist Chinkee Tan and Christine Bersola-Babao will teach you how to manage your finances in “Mag-Badyet Tayo!”
Pretty millennial moms Jennica Garcia and Pat Fernandez will dish out parenting tips in “Inay Ko Po!”
For those interested in legalities, there’s “Usapang Kapa-TED” with Atty. Ted Te.
For showbiz-related news, there’s “Cristy Ferminute” hosted by Cristy Fermin, who also joins Lolit Solis and Mr. Fu for “Take It Per Minute.”
Sports enthusiasts get their share of info from Zaldy Perez via “Isport Lang.”
Motorists will get handy tips courtesy of Mike Potenciano and Lindy Pellicer on “Turbo Time,” which will be complemented by a weekly motorcycle show hosted by Jay Taruc, “Ride Radio.”
Comedian Arnell Ignacio will also host a public service program.
ONE PH is a 24-hour news service on Cignal channel 6.
