SoCE rules amended

The Commission on Elections en banc yesterday issued a resolution allowing it to continue accepting Statement of Contributions and Expenditures of candidates in the last elections beyond June 30, 2016 but with the appropriate fines.

The Liberal Party on Tuesday submitted their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) for the May 2016 polls to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Campaign Finance Office.
