Classes resume in Bicol

The Department of Education (DepEd) has advised its office in Bicol to resume classes starting today despite the damage caused by typhoon Nina on several classrooms in this region.

Presidential Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. asked for the cooperation of the public in ensuring that the youth will have a smooth opening of classes.
