The Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) reminded employers yesterday to give the 13th month pay to their workers before Christmas Day. Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda D. Baldoz said private companies should pay their workers’ 13th month pay on or before December 24 as mandated by law.
