Cold front’s tail-end to bring heavy rains

The threat of flash floods and landslides remain over Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao and Caraga due to the prevailing tail-end of cold front affecting Visayas and Mindanao, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

A local court issued an arrest warrant against Supt. Marvin Marcos and 19 other policemen from Eastern Visayas in connection with the death of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa four months ago.
