SC starts oral arguments on ML extension

The Supreme Court starts today the oral arguments on four petitions that challenged the constitutionality of the extension of martial law in Mindanao until Dec. 31, 2018.

A petition questioning the legality of the five-month extension of martial law in Mindanao will be filed this week before the Supreme Court, an opposition congressman said yesterday.
