PHILTA woes back at deuce

When it all appeared that a mediation was just a heartbeat away, the Philippine Olympic Committee yesterday said that tomorrow’s election of the Philippine Lawn Tennis Association has been postponed.

The government launched last week the “Type ng Bayan”, a free blood-typing program that will help Filipinos get much-needed blood donations from outside their family circles.
