Track bets out to eclipse 2015 feat

Despite the perennial problem of bureaucratic red tape in government, athletics secretary general Renato Unso believes the country is on course of duplicating, if not surpassing its five-goal haul in the 2015 Singapore SEA Games.

Fil-American Kayla Richardson proved her worth in the Philippines team going to 2017 Southeast Asian Games this August by breaking the three-year-old national record in the women’s 400 meters.
