PUVs warned vs discrimination

Reports have reached the Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) that there are some public utility vehicles (PUVs), particularly UV Express, that discriminate against its passengers by only allowing those who are slim to get on board.

Allowing a person without a driver’s license to drive your vehicle is a dangerous gesture and thus must be prohibited by law, a Quezon City lawmaker said.
