‘Angkas’ rider na-comatose sa accident

Ipapatawag ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ang motorcycle rider at driver ng isang sports utility vehicle (SUV) na nasangkot sa road accident kung saan malubhang nasugatan ang isang back rider sa Nagtahan, Manila, noong July 15.
