PSC’s call to Bicolanos

The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) is calling on Bicol region’s bigwigs to join the country’s search for the next big star as the multi-city sports caravan rolled into the city yesterday with Commissioner Celia Kiram leading the way.

The Philippine Sports Commission plans to further strengthen its help in Palarong Pambansa, the country’s long-time grassroots multi-sport event for elementary and high school student-athletes.
