Palace not meddling on High Court’s recall of PAL resolution

Malacañang said yesterday it cannot meddle on the latest ruling of the Supreme Court (SC) which recalled its earlier decision declaring as illegal the retrenchment of Philippine Airlines (PAL) cabin crew personnel.

Malacanang said yesterday that the death of former Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) spokesman Gregorio “Ka Roger” Rosal will not have any impact on the peace process between the government and the CPP-New People’s Army (NPA)-National Democratic Front (NDF).
