ToFarm producer going commercial

Barring lass-minute change, the deadline for submission of screenplays to ToFarm Film Festival is April 20. Heard that to date many entries have been submitted, seven of which will be selected and given R1.5M seed grant.

100 years, 100 movies

Philippine cinema is 100 years old. Apt and good time to name the 100 best movies of the century. The American Film Institute does it every so often, with Orson Welles’ “Citizen Kane” and Alfred Hitchcocks’s “Vertigo” topping the list.
