Falcons swoop down on Bulldogs for 3-1

Backup center Kristian Bernardo scored all of his seven points in the fourth quarter as the Falcons frustrated National University, 64-51, to gain solo second spot in UAAP basketball at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Ahanmisi scored 28 points to lead a cast of newcomers that delivered in the Falcons’ 104-85 win over the University of the Philippines Maroons yesterday in the opener of the UAAP basketball tournament at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
