Basketball, volleyball in MMSF

Buoyed by the success of its inaugural staging through basketball last year, the Metro Manila Sports Festival comes back bigger and stronger on its second season with the inclusion of women’s volleyball to its competitions starting this Sunday at the San Juan Gym.

Not giving up, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will try to get the nod anew of the Metro Manila Council regarding the proposed “odd-even” vehicle reduction and two-day number coding schemes to address the pressing traffic problems in the metropolis.
