Cayetano: No immunity for cops

Sen. Alan Peter S. Cayetano has assured the Filipino community in Geneva, Switzerland that the government does not tolerate impunity and other abuses within the Philippine National Police.

Quezon City Rep. Alfred Vargas yesterday called on the National Police Commission to lead the investigation into the existence of an alleged secret detention cell for drug suspects arrested by Manila policemen.
