Students forced to join trip?

A student of Bestlink College of the Philippines in Novaliches, Quezon City injured in the bus crash claimed they were forced to pay P2,250 and join the three-day camping in Tanay to comply with the requirements of their Computer Programming subject, a major subject, and the National Service Training Program.

Officials of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) have oppose the plan of President Rodrigo Duterte to make the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) mandatory for college students.
