Heavy traffic on Sunday

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) advised yesterday motorists and travelers to expect possible heavier traffic disruptions on Sunday during the third convoy dry run for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit that will affect routes in southern metropolis.

Bureau of Customs (BoC) agents intercepted yesterday five parcels of marijuana and a parcel of ecstasy at the Central Mail Exchange Center (CMEC) in Pasay City after X-ray machines showed image irregularities inside the packages which were either declared as food additives, apparels, handbags, and school supplies.
