Lim’s 2 co-accused in drug case already dead

The Department of Justice (DoJ) has received the returns of the subpoenas it issued and found that Max Miro and Nelson Pepito didn’t receive the subpoenas since they were already dead.

Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II assured yesterday that that businessman and suspected drug lord Peter Lim and his co-respondents in a drug case are not off the hook yet after Department of Justice (DoJ) prosecutors dismissed the criminal charges against them.
