Ex-PNoy told to tap brightest lawyers

Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales has ordered yesterday the filing of criminal charges against former President Benigno Simeon “Noynoy’’ C. Aquino III for his liability arising from the murder of the 44 PNP-SAF policemen by Muslim rebels.

Malacañang said yesterday it is ready to cooperate with the Senate’s planned investigation into the reinstatement of policemen implicated in the killing of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. at the Leyte sub-provincial jail Baybay City last year.
