Top local cyclists, led by reigning national champion Jan Paul Morales and 2014 titleholder Mark Galedo, are expected to be tested by crack foreign counterparts right away as the ninth edition of Le Tour de Filipinas hits the road today from Quezon Memorial Circle in Quezon City to Palayan City, Nueva Ecija.
