Umabot sa P 15M na mga proyektong pangkaunlaran ang naipatupad ng Team Energy Corporation at ng pitong mga lokal na pamahalaan sa mga bayan sa lalawigan ng Quezon sa pamamagitan ng Energy Regulation 94 o ER-94.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the P300-million, 5.75-kilometer project was held in Barangay Talipan last week with Quezon Reps. Trina Enverga and Helen Tan leading the event.
