‘Bato’ defers Espenido’s transfer to Iloilo City

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa disclosed his decision to retain Chief Insp. Jovie Espenido at his present post as police chief of Ozamiz City.
