Colonel found guilty of sexual harassment

An Army colonel has been found guilty by the Sandiganbayan of sexually harassing an 18-year-old friend of his daughter whom he hired as his part-time secretary in 2011.

Former Commission on Elections Chairman Benjamin S. Abalos Sr. has been acquitted of graft charges in connection with the $329-million National Broadband Network-ZTE deal in 2007.
