DoJ gives in to Sandigan on Napoles detention

The Department of Justice (DoJ) is bowing down to the decision made by the Sandiganbayan in connection with the detention of alleged pork barrel mastermind Janet Lim Napoles.

Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II has nullified the dismissal of the case against suspected drug lords Kerwin Espinosa, Peter Lim, and their cohorts, allowing the case to be “wide open” for additional evidence.
