The Manila City Prosecutor’s Office has agreed to reschedule the preliminary investigation on the cybercrime complaint filed by defeated vice presidential candidate Sen. Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. against Smartmatic and the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
