Probe alleged 2016 poll fraud, Comelec urged

Malacañang is counting on the Commission on Elections to investigate alleged irregularities in the 2016 elections, including the possibility that President Duterte should have obtained more than 16 million votes during the ballot count.

Senators yesterday cited President Duterte for convening on Thursday 19 members of the consultative committee led by former Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno tasked to review proposals to amend the 1987 Constitution.
