Tabuena misses cut at 14-over

The long wait for his tee time, delayed by a weather disturbance, did not do well for Miguel Tabuena whose US Open debut Friday ended in disappointment.

A low-pressure area (LPA) spotted east of the country has a minimal chance of intensifying into a tropical cyclone, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said yesterday.
