UFC Women’s Bantamweight Ronda Rousey plans of to retire once she reaches the age of 30 and it looks like she already has plans after that.
Rousey was apparently one of the big reasons why Wrestlemania 31 was a huge success and it seems that she has not likewise gotten over the experience.
To recall, Rousey was a surprise guest for the annual WWE extravaganza and was in that segment involving Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson who was at that time having an argument with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
The Rock apparently pulled out Rousey from the crowd and both stood face-to-face against the powerful couple.
Rousey showed one of her patented holds though nothing really went out of control. And now the WWE fans want some more and are even wishing Rousey would appear at the event set for 2016, Wrestlemania 32 which will be held at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Unfortunately, Rousey cannot commit to Wrestlemania 32 since she will be busy filming in Jakarta by that time.
“If I was really going to be there, would you want to know or would you want to be surprised? I think a real wrestling fan would want to be surprised” says Rousey via Fox Sports.
This brings us back to the original issue at hand surrounding her planned retirement. It seems that Rousey has hinted of wanting a spot in the WWE roster when she does retire, something that should be welcome news to the WWE universe. She reveals the following via Fox Sports Australia.
“After getting a taste of it I’m definitely going to find a way to get back in there. I don’t know how or when but I don’t think any true wrestling fans would want to know anyway. They’d want to be surprised. I’ve got to get back in there somehow,” says Rousey.
Her possible jump to the WWE may not be a certainty but just in case, here is what WWE wrestler Kane thinks.
