CONTROVERSIAL singer Michael Pangilinan has fully embraced fatherhood, saying that it is one of the best things that happened to him.
“Ginamit ko yung baby ko bilang inspirasyon ko. S’ya na ang buhay ko,” said Pangilinan, in an emotional interview in “Tonight with Boy Abunda” aired over ABS-CBN..
“Pag sa baby ko, kahit mamatay ako para sa kanya,” said Pangilinan as he shed tears of joy.
Pangilinan, who blasted to the music scene with the gay-themed hit song “Pare Mahal Mo Raw Ako” in 2014, said that his day would not be complete without seeing his baby. He prays for a bright future for his child.
Pangilinan recently got into another controversy when he owned up to a sex video that went viral.
Abunda praised Pangilinan for his courage in admitting the video scandal.
Pangilinan will interpret the song “Parang Tayo Pero Hindi” with Angeline Quinto in the 2016 Himig Handog songwriting contest.
“Parang hindi ko talaga makita ang sarili kong nakiki-level kay Angeline,” he said.
Pangilinan will also star in the film “Pare Mahal Mo Raw Ko” with Edgar Allan and Katrina “Hopia” Legaspi.
