TONI Gonzaga announced yesterday that she and husband Paul Soriano are expecting their first baby.
Gonzaga made the announcement in the Kapamilya noontime show “ASAP.”
“God finally opened my womb and I’m expecting a baby,” said Gonzaga.
Despite her situation, Gonzaga said that she will continue her commitments.
“Gagawin pa rin natin yun but we will take it slow,” she said. “No word is enough kung gaano kami kasaya.”
Gonzaga and Soriano got married on June 12, 2015.
Reports said that the shooting of the new Kapamilya teleserye “Written in Our Stars” have been delayed because of Gonzaga’s condition, reports said. The new ABS-CBN teleserye also stars Piolo Pascual, Sam Milby, and Jolina Magdangal.
Gonzaga, 32, also stars in the weekly sit-com “Home Sweetie Home” opposite John Lloyd Cruz.
She currently serves as one of the judges in the new talent show “I Love OPM,” along with Martin Nievera and Lani Misalucha.
Soriano, 34, has just arrived from his successful stint at the 66th Berlin International Film Festival in which the movie he produced entitled “Hele sa Hiwagang Hapis” won the Silver Bear Alfred Bauer Prize.
