THE Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB), through its Chairperson Eugenio “Toto” Villareal, congratulates Ms. Jaclyn Jose for winning the Best Actress award at the 65th Cannes Film Festival. Her achievement is a salute to Filipino talent, fortitude, and hard work.
MTRCB also extends its congratulations to all the creative and outstanding men and women behind the film “Ma’ Rosa,” especially director Brillante Mendoza.
