The family of slain journalist Alex Balcoba Sr. has appealed to president-elect Rodrigo Duterte to bring his killer to justice.
Balcoba was shot dead by a lone gunman in front of his watch repair shop on Quezon Blvd., Quiapo, Manila Friday.
The Manila Police District has released a composite sketch of Balcoba’s gunman and has offered a P100,000 cash reward that will be released jointly by the Manila Police District Press Corps to anyone who could give pertinent information about the identity of the suspect. (Jenny F. Manongdo)
