TOP ACTRESSES – The last time, Highspeed named the A-1 list of actor. Now it’s the turn of actresses, those on top.
Star Cinema and ABS-CBN have the most names on the list.
Bea Alonzo, Sarah Geronimo, Anne Curtis, Toni Gonzaga, Angelica Panganiban, Angel Locsin.
Must be said though that Anne and Sarah are actually Viva contract artists, but appear exclusively for ABS-CBN and Star Cinema.
While Bea stars with other actors, her biggest hits are those with John Lloyd Cruz. Think of the two “One More Chance” films.
Sarah’s biggest hits are also those she made with John Lloyd.
Aside from acting, Sarah is also a singing superstar, two gifts she shares with the likes of Nora Aunor, Sharon Cuneta, and Regine Velasquez.
Anne, Angelica, Angel, and Toni are paired with a number of actors, the likes of Piolo Pascual, Dingdong Dantes, Zanjoe Marudo, Coco Martin, Gerald Anderson, Vhong Navarro, Aga Muhlach, Gabby Concepcion.

ALL BY HERSELF – In a class all by herself is Kris Aquino, the so-called “Queen of All Media.”
Kris is host without equal, but must be said that her last Metro Manila Film Festival entry flopped.
Still, she is a name to reckon with.

GMA QUEENS – Over at GMA, the queens are Ai-Ai de las Alas and Marian Rivera.
Marian is best remembered as “Darna” and “Dyesebel.”
Ai-Ai is comedy queen on TV and films, usually appearing opposite Vic Sotto.
