Is actor Sam Milby in love these days?
The question cropped up after the “Doble Kara” star posted photos of him and Filipino-British model Mari Jasmine on Instagram recently, as reported on “Tonight With Boy Abunda” on ABS-CBN.
One of these photos was at the christening of Lily Feather, daughter of actors John Prats and Isabel Oli, in which Milby and Jasmine were seen together at the event. Milby is one of the godfathers to Lily Feather.
Jasmine was also spotted at the concert of Milby entitled “The Milby Way” at the Kia Theater in Cubao, Quezon City last November 28, 2015.
It was also late last year when Milby, 31, admitted that he was inspired but did not give details.
Asked to label their relationship, Milby then said: “It’s too early to tell. But I’m inspired naman.”
But sometime in May, Prats revealed that his best friend wanted to get married and have children soon.
Prats, who then said Milby has no girlfriend at the moment, advised him not to feel pressured about getting married.
Milby’s rumored girlfriend has a travel blog simply entitled “Mari Jasmine” where she wrote about herself.
“Let me try to describe to you my life in a nutshell: I’m first and foremost a host (or a presenter, as us Aussies like to call it); I currently host a fashion/lifestyle TV show, as well as hosting events;
“I also write freelance for magazines – mostly about food and travel. When I feel like it, I make cooking videos and upload it on the Internet for the whole world to judge my (non existent) chopping skills. When I’m not busy doing the above, I’m searching for the meaning of life,” Jasmine said.
“I was born in Tokyo, and lived my first 5 years there with my parents and siblings. We then relocated to Australia, where I studied and spent an awesome childhood kicking around a soccer ball and swimming in the sea;
“I traveled around the world doing all sorts of odd jobs, from being a barista in London to working in a medical assistance company in Paris;
“I then started modelling which was a great way to see the world. Work too me to Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, India, Malaysia and the Philippines where I live now;
“My real passion lies in travel, health and simple pleasures. I love making delicious food with natural, wholesome ingredients. I don’t have labels for the way I eat, but I love colorful food and use plenty of fruits and veggies in my recipes;
“Preparing and eating healthy meals brings me so much happiness and I hope I inspire others to do so as well,” she added.
