Ingredients:
3 ½ cups glutinous rice flour
¾ cup evaporated milk
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup water
1 cup sesame seeds
250 g halayang ube, store bought
Cooking oil for deep-frying
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, mix together glutinous rice flour, evaporated milk, sugar and water. Form a dough.
2. Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough and shape into balls. Repeat until finished.
3. Press the center of the ball dough. Fill with ½ tbsp. halayang ube. Seal and shape into balls.
4. Put sesame seeds in a bowl and roll ball doughs one by one.
5. Heat pan with oil for deep-frying. Deep-fry ball doughs until lightly brown. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
